After months of refinement, I’m excited to announce that Version 2.0 of the Global Coherence Index (GCI) has officially been published on Zenodo.
This new edition “Transitioning from Vision to Architecture — Toward a Measurable Framework for Global Alignment” expands the foundational model of coherence introduced in Version 1.0. It refines the framework’s structure, introduces clearer dimensions for Policy-Discourse-Action analysis, and begins the transition from conceptual vision toward practical measurement.
The GCI continues to evolve as an interdisciplinary effort to measure alignment in international systems, combining political theory, systems science, and peace studies to explore how coherence can serve as a new axis of global stability.
